Grilled watermelon and corn salad, with spicy dried black lime salt. It was sunny today so we lit the BBQ and charred some corn and watermelon and tossed it all with mint, basil, coriander and some radish leaves and lettuce. Dried black limes are one of my favourite sour makers in stews, and the backbone to some of my favourite Iranian food. And when you grind them to a powder they are just intense lime sherbet sour powder, we added some spice with smoked paprika and blended it all with salt for what now might be most favourite seasoning for the summer. Me encantan y hacia tiempo que quería hacerlas caseras. Son fáciles, rápidas y sólo necesitas 4 ingredientes❤. ➖ Ingredientes: (para 10 bolitas) 80g de coco rallado. 1 cdita de aceite de coco. 20ml de bebida de coco sin azúcar o agua. 50g de chocolate negro + 70%. Endulzante al gusto. . ➖ Pasos: Mezcla el coco rallado, con el aceite y la bebida de coco o el agua (+ el endulzante si quieres). De esa masa, ve formando las bolitas y, cuando las tengas, lleva al congelador para que se endurezcan. Prepara el chocolate, al micro o al baño María. Cuando tengas las bolitas congeladas, báñalas en el chocolate y ponlas en un papel de horno para que se solidifiquen (con este calor, mejor en el frigo). Puedes decorarlas como prefieras, yo a algunas les puse coco rallado por encima. Disfrútalas, se lo merecen!!😜😂❤ . Now the debate still continues if in fact Chicago Deep Dish Pizza is actually Pizza. Over the years my Pizza journey has been Boston Style, New York Style, Chicago Style and it’s all pizza to me!! After spending 7 years living in Chicago, one of the fist things I missed when I moved back East Coast was a good Deep Dish Style Pizza. My favorites would be between @loumalnatis or @giordanospizza and their style is what influenced me to make this Chicago Deep Dish at home. I found the pans at Bed Bath and Beyond and I’ve also baked a pizza in my cast iron skillet which is a great option as well. After researching recipes it’s pretty simple to make and I’ve used both homemade dough or store bought dough and both work well. Stretch out the dough in the pan in a way you are making a pie crust. I like to butter the sides of the pan first as this will help add that crunch to the crust. Once you have formed a pie shell with the dough, the first layer is mozzarella cheese and highly recommend deli style cut as this will help cover the bottom. Next add Ground Sausage, Salami, Pepperoni or any favorite Italian meats and add some basil as this will add so much flavor to the pizza. The final layer will be your sauce and recommend warming the sauce first before adding to the pizza. Crushed Tomatoes with basil is one I use often. Once the sauce covers the top, take some Grated Parmesan Cheese and cover a good amount over the sauce. Finally, preheat your over to 425 degrees and place your pan in the middle of the oven rack and bake for 35 minutes. Make sure the crust is golden brown and once finished let the pizza cool down for 5-10 minutes before serving. First meal of the day with my #intermittentfasting plan. Otherwise known as #skippingbreakfast 🤣 I’ve got leftover taco chicken in green leaf lettuce and some raw broccoli. It’s delicious. I got lazy with the taco chicken, here’s what I did: Kroger rotisserie chicken shredded 1/2 red bell pepper 1 small jalapeño Chopped onion Taco seasoning of your choice Olive oil Chicken broth Sauté peppers and onion in olive oil. Once tender, add chicken to pan and mix with peppers/onions. Add your desired taco seasoning amount and just enough chicken broth to get it “saucy” and let it simmer. Dneska je ten den tak uprseny, že se hodí jen zalézt bpod deku na něčím sladkým... Třeba s temahle fazolovými brownies s burákovym máslem. Budeme potřebovat: * 100 g bílých fazolí v suchém stavu/1 plechovka * 1 banán * 2 lžíce chia semínek + 6 lžic vody/2 vejce * 1 lžička vanilkového extraktu/špetka prášku * 3 lžíce javorového sirupu * 2 lžíce raw kakaového prášku * 1 lžička prášku do pečiva bez fosfátů * 1 lžíce drcených lněných semínek * 15 g mletých ovesných vloček * 10 g strouhaného kokosu * Burákové máslo dle chuti Fazole přes noc namočíme. Poté slijeme vodu, propláchneme a uvaříme v čisté vodě. Chia semínka promícháme s vodou a odložíme stranou. Troubu předehřejeme na 180 stupňů. Formu na pečení vyložíme pečícím papírem či vymažeme a vysypeme. Měkké fazole můžeme rozmixovat na kaši nebo pokud se vám nechce vytahovat mixér, vystačíme si se stouchadlem na brambory. Zralý banán rozmačkame vidličkou a promícháme s vejci, vanilkovým extraktem a javorovým sirupem. Postupně zapracujeme fazole, kakaový prášek, prášek do pečiva, lněná semínka, ovesné vločky a kokos. Pro lepší konzistenci je lepší těsto zpracovat šlehačem, ale není to nezbytně nutné. Poté už jen předáme do formy. Na závěr krátce rozehřejeme burákové máslo na vodní lázni a poklademe povrch těsta máslem, které jsem se snažila vidličkou rozetřít po celém povrchu, aby vytvořilo rádoby umělecké obrazce.
